Jake is litigation counsel at Berger Law, with experience in shareholder and partner disputes, intellectual property, defamation, estates, and general commercial litigation. He provides advice and advocacy at all stages of disputes, appearing before all levels of courts and tribunals. Prior to joining Berger Law, Jake practiced corporate and commercial litigation at a major Bay Street law firm.
